In this matter of Terri Horman- and combined that matter with the Internet, we, the public have now managed to bring formal charges against Terri, we have managed to weigh the evidence, and we have formed a conclusion- she is guilty as charged and as far as we are concerned we have given her either a death sentence or life in prison without parole- and we managed to do all of this without due process of law, civil or criminal!

To make matters even more serious, Terri Horman has not to this date, been named even a suspect in the missing Kyron case. Terri Horman has been deprived of her daughter, Kiara, her home, and her husband. O.K. granted, maybe with just cause- but that just cause has not come up with a formal charge and arrest as of yet- and one must wonder how or why this would be the case. Terri is deprived of property, life as she has known it and she has been assigned a reputation for being a murderess not once but possibly twice- (Kaine and/or Kyron)

Well, if you have been listening to the Levi Page Show on blogtalkradio.com, one would hear the pros ask the same question. Why is Terri Horman not arrested for the crimes of. . .

It seems, early on in the Kyron Horman investigation, LE brought it to the attention of Kaine Horman that his wife, Terri had attempted to hire a hit man to murder him. Now, to this day, I can't figure that out at all- either she did and LE is allowing her to go around in public as a known criminal and one who might attempt to finish the job and hire another hit man on Kaine's life. . . or, or What? Or LE just brought a possibility up to the attention of Kaine in a "Just In Case" hypothetical or probable cause. . .(does that make sense), what I mean is, did she do this or didn't she? To date, Terri Horman is a free woman and there seems to be no reason why she couldn't hire a hit man to murder Kain, since the questionable first attempt didn't go as planned and Kaine is no better of, certainly no more safe- And now, the public has fried her character- and her daughter is deprived of a mother- and without an arrest or a trial- without due process! Kaine has kicked Terri out of their home and taken custody over for little Kiara- Evidently, Kaine Horman was able to go in front of a judge and provide sufficient evidence given to him by the MCSO as it relates to a murder-for-hire plot, and a judge did order a proper RO for Kaine and Kiara against Terri Horman- however, still- Terri Horman roams around the country a free woman with every resource at her disposal to try again- and LE does nothing!

Was or is LE really afraid for Kaine's life, possibly Kaine and little Kiara? If So, what is the problem with an arrest- an arrest that could possibly prevent Terri Horman from approaching another hit man. Lets face it, a RO can't stop a hit man from approaching Kain.. maybe it says Terri herself has to stay away, but then, Terri Horman once gave Michael Cook information to Kaine and Kiara's whereabouts when that information was supposed to be kept under lock and key by a court order. (See the Michael Cook Section of this blog)... A RO is not sufficient protection in the case of murder-for-hire- so, I have to ask myself if LE didn't set something up that was more of a psycho-babble and door opener to public lynchings of Terri Horman- If not, that is about all this murder-for-hire information created- so far it has not come to an action on the part of LE to do anymore than inform Kaine Horman- and give the public some juicy meat to knaw on for awhile, until LE allows more drama to unfold without once offering to clarify what the heck is going on.. the stance of LE is now as it always has been- "No Comment"..

So, In the absence of leadership, someone has to take possession of public influence, and that someone is emerging as none other than Kaine Horman- with Desiree at his side or vice versa or both. . .

At one point, Kaine Horman speaks up in a video testifying to the fact that he wished Terri's attempt would have succeed- Now, we have two what shall I say, . . . . on our hands- Kaine and Terri Horman once again.. And Kaine continues to quote himself saying "I just want to keep the focus on Kyron". . .

Real Time News Feed- Terri Horman's name is mentioned over 50% more of the time than the name "Kyron Horman"-

Why isn't Kyron found yet? Could it be that the public eye and concentration is focused more on "Terri Horman" than it is on the task at hand which should be to find Kyron Horman? What is wrong with this ratio?

Is anyone really looking for Kyron? If so, what is being done? As I stated once before on this blog, in the absence of real leadership, the mobs will form and the speculation will rise to unrealistic levels. The MCSO law enforcement investigating this case of Missing Kyron Horman won't talk- They remain as silent as Terri Horman herself- leaving the public mindset to wonder into the directions of becoming the arresting agents, the jury, the judge, and the sentencing platform. To the public, Terri Horman is already there, on death row!

Should she be? We don't know. Thats what the purpose of LE is all about- but again, they aren't talking.

Some things we do know. Kaine Horman, Terri Horman, Desiree Young are not seemingly active in the search for their son. They are placing all of their eggs in one basket- and to date, that basket has been unable to yield no visible fruit. To date, we still have many many unanswered questions- questions that by all rights need to be answered before we sentence someone to death row-

By all accounts, we find Desiree Young willing to give up on the pleas she said she heard from her young son, Kyron- the pleas that told her he did not want to go back to the house on NW Sheltered Nook Road- We have seen an abandonment of reason when it comes to getting to the root of those reasons- beit Kaine Horman, relatives of Kaine Horman, or Terri Horman herself. If in fact, Desiree Young has not given up on the root causes for those pleas, and wants to find out why before even thinking about allowing her son, if found very soon, to return to that house.

Yes, Desiree Young and Kaine Horman are the biological parents of Kyron Horman- but how far does one divorced couple go before looking into the root causes of those things that brought concern before the child went missing?

It seems we have one family that is yet to move into "Real-Time Reality when it comes to Kyron coming home.

Dear Kyron, I know things seem bad now. I know your world has been shaken to it's core and everything is upside down for you. I know you don't and can't possibly understand what has happened and you aren't old enough yet to ask the question "Why"... Kyron, you are at that age when life seems so fascinating.. you are old enough to begin to have hopes and dreams, like becoming a detective- and yet, at the same time, you are young enough to enjoy your moments fishing and watching soccer.

Kyron, I want you to know something- I'm an adult now, and I don't know "Why" either. I do know something better though- and that is Jesus Loves You, Kyron! He formed you when you were still in your mother's womb- and he knows the number of the hairs on your head! Jesus knew you before the foundation of the world... and he understands all of the things we humans don't and can't understand. Jesus died for you Kyron, and he will see you through all of this even to the end of the world... He has your hand, and this fact brings comfort to those of us adults that love and care for you, and it brings assurance to you that in it all, his justice is served through his love for you... he will bring justice, and I'm sure in ways higher than we can ever think or say at this moment in your time of your greatest need...

You are never out of our thoughts Kyron, and never any further away than a whispered prayer for you- Jesus is Truth- and it is through Him we will find the truth about what has happened...

What Is Kyron Like?

In this video, the MCSO answers questions posed to Kyron's family- about Kyron. This family does not appear themselves to answer these questions, but leaves that to the police department- a very impersonal and non public/family/Kyron cohesive decision, as far as I'm concerned. Here we have a small child missing in our community or very near to our community, in my case, and we are asked to help him.. help look for him, get familiar- Kyron's family opted out of that "First Moment" opportunity to help the community bond and form an immediate attachment that may be absolutely necessary to help a large portion of community members focused on the child and his emergent need to be found.

At this time, the time of my writing this blog, which is two days away from 3 months into missing Kyron, I can't help but believe this first moment decision to stay away from the public is just typical when it comes to behaviours that lend themselves to control and attempts to secure control.. it is a decision, I personally would have never decided upon, however- that being said.. it is the right of Kyron's family to maintain personal silence and ask a third-party to run interference for them during this critical time- the first moments of public opportunity to become bonded with this little boy in such a way that the public will adopt his plight into their lives and hearts...

Is It A Criminal Investigation? - "Not For Me"

In This posted video (above), I can remember the moment this lady was asked if Kyron's investigation was a "Criminal Investigation".. and of course, we here the words "Not For Me".. At that moment, I remember myself hardly being able to control my anger- I, by now, had become so angry at Kyron's family's lack of interest or concern for the public and the public's ability to bond with Kyron- The police department's lack of insight into the guilt of Terri Horman, the police departments repeated excuses for not commenting on one thing important of of real meaning to finding Kyron- and the comments by the police department relating to the fact that the Horman's (Kaine and Terri) were only acting as the police had instructed them too do.. be normal (they were). At this early stage, I was fed up! I'd walk away and say, "That's it, I'm out of here".. but in reality, the thought of Kyron himself being out there and possibly alone, maybe in the wilderness trying to cope or possibly in some stranger's house and crying to go home, just rocked my heart! The faces of my children at Kyron's age flashed across my mind, and I knew- I knew I'd stop at nothing to find my child.. absolutely nothing! I'd talk to the public at large, go door-to-door and meet strangers- let them see me in the flesh so it would be real to them- and I'd be on the telephone, internet building websites- and I'd be posting on Craigslist to Mexico, Canada, California, Arizona, Idaho, and Washington... just a few of the things I thought of when I'd see my own children's faces. . . I guess that's what made Kyron's case so personal to me..

The thought flashed across my heart that maybe if people formed groups and knocked on doors in shifts with flyers in hand, that IF Kyron was being held in one of those houses, he would yell out.. well, we won't know that, because a search like this was never to take place- and according to MCSO regular people aren't qualified to knock on a door, talk about Kyron and leave a flyer with a tip-line phone number... Three months of this type of canvasing would cover a lot of territory and no house would be left untouched with Kyron's plight.. We will never know that now!

However, we, the public only saw Kaine loving Terri, Terri holding Desiree (and being repulsed at it), both the Horman's and the Youngs staying out of sight because of their apparent fear of cameras and Kaine and Terri Horman slamming the car doors shut on KATU reporters- a very cold moment in my mind- very indecent for the circumstance moment!

Desiree Young Tells Us "She Loves To Talk About Kyron"

During the course of one interview talking to Desiree Young, mother of Kyron Horman, we hear her telling us she loves to talk about Kyron. . . I don't blame her, I'd love to talk about my child too- in any situation, but much more in a case like little Kyron's case.

In most early interviews of Kaine Horman, we hear Kaine telling us he "Just Want's To Keep The Focus On Kyron". . . well, good! That is what the public wants too. . . however, after three months into the case of little Kyron Horman, we see signs of this statement revealing clearly opposite messages- We see Desiree Young and Kaine Horman heaping on the coals into the flames of there belief that Terri Horman is not worthy of 'human status'. . .

O.K. . . clearly, by now we know that Terri Horman has said nothing nor- as far as we know- done nothing to help bring Kyron home. . . that's a clear fact that the public can pretty much take to heart. And, in that type of statement, I myself found myself thinking and believing the same thing- this woman harmed this innocent child and she could end this whole mess any moment and she refuses to do so. . . I'v stated myself that this behaviour is not human... it's cruel and heartless- and in that situation, it would be cruel and heartless.

On the other side of the spectrum- I had to admit to myself that I, in turn, did not see any type of parental action in the face of the public, that would indicate to me that the mother and father of Kyron Horman was trying to help the public bond with Kyron and bridge a gap to reality in Kyron's case. . .

There is a radio opportunity online, that website is blogtalkradio.com- Does the parent who wants to talk about Kyron really take advantage of the opportunity to do so? A parent of a missing child could adopt a personal radio program for callers to call in and ask questions and get to know little Kyron- The parents could create not only an awareness campaign, but a living reality of Kyron by using themselves and their voices to stand in the gap for Kyron's voice to the vast population- There is nothing saying they would need to talk about anything or anyone other than Kyron.. not Terri Horman, not themselves, and not the investigation- just allow the public to get a real feel for Kyron, a feel that will fuel the passion for Kyron and the desire to talk about Kyron themselves and among themselves when others still have not heard of Kyron. . .

Is it a time problem? Is it a problem with not being qualified? What is the problem with this family trying to take the heat off of speculation and frustration and refocus that energy and passionate embrace onto Kyron himself. . .?

Who Is A Narcissist?

Never before the Kyron Horman case have I heard more about the definition personified of a narcissist! That word comes up when one talks about both Kaine Horman and Terri Horman.

While I'll leave the diagnosis to a qualified and competent doctor or psychiatrist- still, the though of it crosses my mind over and over again when I think of what our real goals are: And that is finding this child, Kyron Horman- finding him and finding out what happened to him and how or what he will live with and grow up with for the rest of his life. . .

As a parent myself- a grandmother and a great grandmother, my thoughts run in line with after care- how will Kyron grow up in the aftermath of his ordeal. . . I cover that on the topic "Life As Usual". . . as stated in this blog, I've talked a lot about Kaine and Terri Horman seemingly going about life as usual as much as possible while Kyron went missing initially- and how obscure the family is about trying to bridge any gaps between the public and Kyron- not Terri's guilt! Desiree's statements about Terri Horman's humanity is in reality doing nothing to further the search for this child-

Why is it important to understand this personality? Because we find people talking about going out to "Find Kyron".. yet, we hear that actual plan is missing- and we hear all about the character of the supposed perpetrator- diagnosing Terri Horman ourselves, whether or not she is 'human' or a narcissist seems to be more important than finding Kyron. At this point, we know that Terri isn't talking- so move on and go about finding this child-

There Are No "Alternate Truths"

The only thing we really know, for sure, about missing Kyron Horman, is that Kyron Horman is missing- we know Kyron Horman went missing on the morning of June 4, 2010. We have been told that Terri Horman is the last person to have seen Kyron- on the other hand, we have heard someone saw Kyron with a male chaperone and two girls.

Exactly what happened to little Kyron Horman- happened. And, furthermore, the way it happened is "The Only Way It Happened". The person who may have taken Kyron or did take Kyron either acted alone or had help, however, that person is the real perpetrator in spite of alternate theories and accusations.

Reality- It doesn't matter who or what agenda we have that may be generated out of a personal bias or view of life- Maybe our personal view of life isn't anything like the view of this perpetrator- The things we may want to see happen, may be in reality, not the truth at all!

There is only one real Truth about the circumstances behind the disappearance of Kyron Horman- and it's that Truth we are in pursuit of -

In order to get to that Truth, one has to look at behavior- and one has to find a motive, most likely based on behaviour- and one has to follow the path of any posed question that has yet to be answered- and those answers come with proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

In this case, of Missing Kyron Horman- there are a lot more unanswered questions than there are answers. We cannot just speculate and assume- we have to find real answers to legitimate questions. In most cases, finding the answer to a question serves to open the door to another question, but that is how we walk this path to finding Kyron Horman. It's a question and answer dilemma- Until Kyron is physically found- we have an obligation not to Kyron's family, or any other entity- we are obliged to Kyron himself to do what is in the best interest of finding him- and the sooner, the better.

Kaine Horman refuses to give a scent article to a private SAR search team- a search team with a history of success and a history of working with Law Enforcement.

In spite of a public outcry for Kaine Horman to cooperate in this search effort for his son, Kyron Horman- Kaine Horman repeatedly refuses to help. This is a mystery! We need to have answers to the reasons why Kyron's family passed up the opportunity to go public and help the public bond with little Kyron during those first crucial days and hours of his disappearance- and why, when the public did become involved, the father of this boy refuses help that is licensed, experienced, and known to have past success...

Is it just a 'personal choice?' - Did LE ask Kaine Horman not to look for his child? We don't know, however, opportunities are being overlooked and passed aside that would have and could have helped answer questions- At this time, the only picture we have is that of a dad that has thrown out media until media became a 'team player, refused competent SAR help, and closed off a critical time period of public/missing child bonding.

Missing out on an opportunity to find Kyron by using a SAR team can't be blamed on Terri Horman- Terri Horman was busy becoming the number one prime suspect- a job which I'm sure gave her little time to negotiate this subject with Kyron's father, Kaine Horman.

Faces- This Is Getting Scary

Faces-

History So Far, the many faces of the Horman's story that have surfaced-

1. Kyron Horman cries, pleads- he does not want to go home and live in the Horman household.

2. History of pedophilia in the Kaine Horman background. (Leaving the door open to possible sexual abuse of Kyron Horman)

3. Questionable marital faithfulness in the Horman Household-

A. Kaine is said to be homosexual- leaving room or the door open to a male lover "jealousy" motive in missing Kyron and Internet bludgeoning of Terri Horman.

B. Kaine Horman is said to be a 'swinger' as well as Terri Horman, leaving the doors open to a jealous lover of any sexual nature and the open Internet bludgeoning of Terri Horman.

3. Desiree Young states she ignores Kyron's pleas of not wanting to go back to the Horman household while stating she "didn't know anything was wrong" and while receiving email from Terri Horman complaining about Kaine. . . (A Three-Sided Triangle on the part of Desiree Young.

4. Kaine Horman is seen as "changing faces" from extreme control to extreme self-sympathy. . . i.e.

A. Throwing media out when not reporting correctly- (his version)

B. Sending media messages that he "wished Terri's Murder-For-Hire Plot would have worked"..

(Earlier in a press conference, Kaine was questioned about this MFH plot - his reply "We aren't focused on that, this is about Kyron"

This ploy, of course, was a direct link to the very basic idea of creating an indelible thought in the mind of the public that Terri Horman actually DID try to have Kaine murdered- (Manipulation and Control) - That makes two separate types of manipulative tactics of which the public is subjected- the very public that is wanting to "find Kyron".

A missing child- the woman who cared for this missing child most of his life, under threat of bodily harm, at least virtual bodily harm- and they call it justice!

Anyone 13 years old can join this FB site and virtually act out violent behaviour against Terri Horman- A virtual act that holds the potential of actual physical harm on the part of a personality who no longer knows the difference-

If Terri Horman is found not guilty, and she in fact is not guilty- this woman will have tragic consequences when facing the possibility of being reunited with Kyron Horman, (if and when Kyron is found) .

This mother/son bond will be forever a bridge to cross, Kyron now traumatized and Terri Horman traumatized- Who should be held accountable?

Kaine and/or Desiree- The biological parents of Kyron Horman... the two who have taken it upon themselves to go out in the very public forums and declare Terri Horman's guilt- even though the MCSO Law Enforcement has not yet called Terri Horman even a suspect? Who- The creators of this heinous page against Terri Horman?
